Q: How do I give a gift subscription?
A: You can include the gift recipient's complete
contact information (name, mailing address, and email address) in the
"instructions to seller" field as you check out. You should also send an
email message to
orders@lifemedia.ca to let us know that your purchase is a gift and
to provide us with complete contact information for the gift recipient.
We will send a message to the recipient to tell them about the gift, and
you can customize that in your email message to us.
Q: How long will it take for my first
print subscription copy to arrive?
A: Please allow up to 12 weeks for your first copy to
arrive, depending on when in our publishing cycle you subscribe. When
you place your order, please ensure that your mailing address is
correct.
Can I be mailed a sample issue before I subscribe?
We are not able to mail free sample print copies. However, a free back issue is available here.
The print edition is identical to the PDF version.
Q: How does the order process
work?
A: Clicking on any of the "add to shopping cart"
buttons will add an item to your shopping cart and open a shopping cart
window. You can check your order, increase the number of that item ordered,
delete the item if you've made a mistake, and return to the ordering page to
choose another item. When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a
secure payment page managed for us by the PayPal company. Once the secure
transaction is finished, you will immediately be sent an email receipt by
PayPal, and later will receive an acknowledgement from us. If you do not
receive both of these messages, please check that you have entered your
correct email address on the order form. Your payment will be processed in
the name of "Life Media."
You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card or from
your bank account. Simply scroll down to where it says "Pay with a credit
card," and ignore the PayPal log-in form.
Q: Why is the price of a print
subscription higher than many other magazines?
A: Natural Life Magazine is a premium product with a long
tradition of providing trustworthy editorial with integrity. That
doesn't attract a lot of advertising, so subscription revenue must support
its costs. And, as increasing numbers of people choose digital
subscriptions, the cost of printing magazines increases for the declining
number of people still wanting paper subscriptions.
Q: Can I get a refund for my print subscription?

We are not able to offer refunds.
Q: Can I switch my print subscription to the digital
edition?
A:
Yes, we can switch your print subscription to the digital edition; you will
receive twice the number of digital issues that you had left on your print
subscription. Just email
circulation@NaturalLifeMagazine.com with
your request, and include the name and mailing address under which your print
subscription is listed.
