Frequently Asked Questions About
Natural Life Magazine's Digital Edition

How does the cost of an online subscription compare to the print edition?
The cost of an online subscription to Natural Life Magazine is quite a lot less than that of the print edition.

Does the digital magazine contain everything in the print format: articles, photos, and advertising?
Yes, Natural Life Magazine’s digital edition is identical to the print edition, including the same great content, and the same great design as the print magazine. You won’t miss a single article, photo or advertisement.

What application will I use to read my online magazine?
All you need is Acrobat Reader, which you may already have on your computer. You can download the latest edition of Acrobat Reader for free.

What are the advantages of subscribing to the online edition over the print edition?
You will save 50% off the cost of a print-based subscription; save trees and lower your carbon footprint; avoid waiting for the print edition to arrive in the mail; have exclusive access to our ever-expanding digital archive of back issues of Natural Life Magazine; get 24/7 online access to read, or download and save to your computer, or print articles to save; click on hypertext links taking you directly to resources included with articles, as well as to advertiser websites.

How do I get my online magazines?
When you subscribe to Natural Life’s digital edition, you will be sent a personal email from our Publisher. It will contain a password, which you will use each time you wish to access the current or any back issues. The email will also tell you how to access the PDF files.

How will I know when the new issues are published?
The email that you receive when you subscribe to Natural Life's digital edition will contain a link to a sign-up form for our free Life Media email newsletter (see also the registration form to the left of this question). Signing up for this informative newsletter will keep you updated about new additions to this website, and will include announcements at the appropriate times regarding the availability of new issues of Natural Life. If you prefer not to receive this newsletter, you can always consult the Subscriber Services page for a link to the latest issue.

Do I need to be connected to the Internet to read my magazines?
No, you only need to be connected while you download and save a magazine. After that you can take your computer anywhere and read your magazines offline. Of course, certain features such as hyperlinks in articles and advertisements require an Internet connection.

Are back issues available? Is there a charge to access them?
Exclusive password-protected access to our online archive of back issues is part of your paid online subscription package. This archive currently goes back to 2003; we are studying how to add issues published since 1976, which are not currently in digital format.

Can I view a sample issue before I subscribe?
Yes. We have a free sample back issue available here.

Why do you need my email address?
We use your valid email address to notify you when your subscription has expired. You can view our privacy policy here.

Who can I contact with additional subscription-related questions?
Send us an email if you have any questions about online subscriptions that aren't answered on this page.
