Payment Policies Payment is required by the closing date or ad will not run. Advertisers in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland add HST to all rates and advertisers in the rest of Canada add GST (R#118403385). Notice for cancellation of any ad must be received in writing by the advertising deadline. You can pay for your advertising online using American Express, VISA or MasterCard, or mail us a cheque to arrive by the deadline date. Production Charges Our production charges are a flat fee of $50 (plus HST/GST). Please note that all new ad creation as well as any changes required to bring existing ads up to our specifications will be billed at this rate.
